JF is a Partner at Maverix Private Equity and a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record of building and scaling high-growth technology companies. Over the course of his career, he has led ventures through major milestones, including securing more than $50 million in funding, driving strategic M&A, guiding an IPO process, and achieving a successful nine-figure exit.

Recognized for combining visionary thinking with operational discipline, JF excels at crafting strategies that deliver profitability and sustainable growth. His expertise spans navigating complex markets, assembling high-performing teams, and creating long-term value for investors and stakeholders.

JF is an alumnus of Harvard Business School Executive Education, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UQAM, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Ottawa. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Beyond business, JF is deeply committed to philanthropy, supporting children’s education and youth sports through active board service and hands-on initiatives. He is also passionate about travel and exploring new cultures with his family.
