Daniel Frank

Daniel is an Associate at Maverix Private Equity, where he is focused on deal sourcing, analysis, execution, and portfolio company monitoring. 

Before joining Maverix, Daniel was an Investment Banking Analyst at Macquarie Capital on their Software & Tech-enabled Services team based out of San Francisco. At Macquarie, he was involved in a variety of capital markets and M&A transactions for technology companies across North America and Europe.

Daniel holds Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Financial Mathematics from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he graduated as a President’s Gold Scholar. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, watching UFC, and going to concerts.
