Helen Zhang

Associate

Helen is an Associate with Maverix Private Equity. She is focused on the assessment of investment opportunities and all aspects of deal execution. Helen also works closely with portfolio companies, developing organic growth strategies and evaluating add-on acquisition opportunities.

Previously, Helen was an Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill & Co. where she was involved in advising clients on the evaluation and execution of mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other strategic opportunities.

Helen holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Outside of the office, Helen enjoys music, hiking, pickleball and discovering new foods.
